Project summary
The brief
An outdated site that was hard to change.
The old website was static, with a dated design and limited functionality. Changing a service, a photo or a phone number meant editing code.
What we built
A modern site the family runs themselves.
A responsive website with a private admin dashboard. The family edits pages, photos and services on their own, and enquiries land straight in their inbox.
The result
Faster, clearer and easier to find.
A site that loads quickly, works on every screen size and is built for search engines and accessibility. Its Lighthouse accessibility and SEO scores both went up to 100 (from 56 and 82), the homepage is 98% lighter, and the family now makes their own updates.

Results
What changed.
Measured with Google Lighthouse in October 2026, old site against new. Changes that used to need a developer now take the family a few minutes in their dashboard.
For years, changing anything on our website meant waiting on a developer. Now when we finish a restoration or add a service, we put it online ourselves the same day.
